Your role will involve:

  • Providing personal care and support to our service users, including administering medication and assisting with daily tasks
  • Encouraging our service users to engage in a range of activities and hobbies, such as exercising, gardening, and arts and crafts
  • Building strong relationships with our service users and their families, and helping them to feel valued and respected

This is a Relief Support Worker position, which means you'll have the flexibility to choose your shifts and work around your personal commitments. You'll be paid on a weekly basis and will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Previous experience in a care role is essential for this position, and you'll need to attend mandatory induction training courses to begin. A car driver is desirable, but not essential.
