Atzcare is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Disability Support Worker to join our team in Blackburn, VIC. As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide individualized support to clients with physical disabilities, intellectual disabilities, sensory disabilities, and psychological disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive disability services to clients from 7-65 years old
  • Assist with self-care and daily life activities
  • Support clients with community participation, recreation, and groups
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to achieve client goals
Requirements
  • Certificate IV in Disability, Community Service, or Aged Care (preferred)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (mandatory or willing to complete)
  • National Police Check
  • Working with Children Check
  • First Aid certificate and CPR (preferred)
  • NDIS Workers Orientation module (mandatory or willing to complete)
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • Fully COVID Vaccinated (Triple vaccinated) with evidence
  • Previous experience supporting people with disabilities
