We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Care Specialists in Blackburn, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries or mental health conditions. Our Supported Living apartment scheme provides life-changing support for those who need it most.

Competitive Salary: £19,500 - £20,000 per annum (dependent on experience) based on 37.5 hours per week.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to individuals within our supported living community. You will work closely with the individual to develop their skills and independence, enabling them to lead a more fulfilling life.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a care or support setting is desirable but not essential.
  • A passion for helping others achieve their full potential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
