The Lancashire Volunteer Partnership seeks a Dementia Care Support Specialist to support social groups and activities in residential hubs.

As a Dementia Care Support Specialist, you will work with residents to create engaging activities that promote participation and social interaction.
Key responsibilities include:

- Facilitating group events, such as arts and crafts, and outdoor gardening activities
- Ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all participants
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
