Job Description
This is an excellent opportunity to join our Rapid Response team as a Care Assistant, providing support and care to individuals with complex needs in their homes and communities. You will have full training and clinical support to develop your skills in areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are seeking a compassionate and resilient individual who is willing to learn new skills and develop their knowledge as part of a close-knit team. While prior social care experience is not necessary, you will need to be able to travel to various locations within a 100-mile radius and work on an on-call rota.
