Learning Support Specialist

As a Learning Support Specialist with 1st Staff Limited, you will join a team dedicated to providing alternative education solutions nationwide. Our focus is on supporting students aged 4-25 with diverse educational and therapeutic needs.
About the RoleThis challenging yet rewarding position requires someone with experience in tutoring or working with students who may not excel in mainstream education. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality English and Maths tuition to help students build their confidence and achieve their academic goals.
Key Responsibilities- Teach English and Maths to students aged 4-25 with varying educational and therapeutic needs.
While working primarily in students' homes, you will occasionally collaborate with schools and community centres. This part-time or full-time opportunity offers flexible working arrangements, including 3 hours a day, 5 days a week, during school hours and term times. Additional hours may be available.
Salary and BenefitsEnjoy competitive pay rates (£15-£25 per hour) and flexible working arrangements, including the potential for part-time or full-time employment. Having your own transport or ability to travel would be beneficial but is not necessary.
