Civil Litigation Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Litigation Specialist to join our team in Hereford. As a full-time (37.5 hours) position, you will be responsible for representing and advising clients in civil litigation matters.

Your key duties will include:

  • Representing clients in civil litigation disputes, including neighbour disputes, harassment injunctions, landlord & tenant claims, negligence, nuisance, adult social care, civil liberties & human rights;
  • Working closely with the Managing Director & Solicitor, Michael Horne, as well as paralegals, secretaries, and other support staff;
  • Providing advice to clients, in person and via telephone or video conference;
  • Drafting legal documents and reviewing documentation;

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience working across the whole range of civil litigation disputes;
  • The ability to provide a high-quality, efficient, and effective legal service;
  • Able to achieve billing, time, and fee-earning targets set by the firm;
