Commercial Litigator Position

Kidwells Group is seeking a skilled Commercial Litigator to join our team in Hereford. This is a full-time (37.5 hours) role that offers excellent career progression opportunities.

Your key duties will include:

  • Representing clients in commercial litigation disputes, including neighbour disputes, harassment injunctions, landlord & tenant claims, negligence, nuisance, adult social care, civil liberties & human rights;
  • Working closely with the Managing Director & Solicitor, Michael Horne, as well as paralegals, secretaries, and other support staff;
  • Providing expert advice to clients, in person and via telephone or video conference;
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents;

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience working across the whole range of commercial litigation disputes;
  • The ability to deliver high-quality, efficient, and effective legal services;
  • A proven track record of achieving billing, time, and fee-earning targets;
