About the Role

RSK ADAS is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team in a full-time, permanent capacity. The successful candidate will work within the Sustainable Agricultural Systems Team, providing administrative support to Project Managers and contributing to the improvement of business processes and financial controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Project Managers in maintaining accurate project data, providing quality control, and offering guidance on project data upkeep, amendments, and administration.
  • Support Project Managers in registering new tenders and projects, ensuring the quality control of client-provided documentation.
  • Provide financial and administrative support to Project Managers to enhance forecast monitoring and project profitability.
  • Collate and present project data/reports to support Project Managers in their decision-making.
  • Seek approval from Project Managers for the issuance of sales invoices to clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Identify projects causing concern and highlight potential profit erosion.
  • Contribute to the improvement of business processes and the application of financial controls across all projects.

Person Specification:

  • Experience working with business management information systems and confidence in using them.
  • Previous internal purchasing/project administration experience is desirable.
  • Excellent data accuracy and attention to detail, with strong numeracy and IT skills.
  • High-level keyboard and computing skills using MS Word, Excel, and Access.
  • Well-organized and efficient, with confident and professional communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
