Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Security Expert to join our team at Darktrace. As a Python-focused software engineer within the cloud security team, you will be responsible for developing integrations with cloud providers and technologies such as AWS, Azure, and Kubernetes.

You will contribute to rapid prototyping of new and innovative ideas, improve the performance and competencies of existing products, and investigate and further our unique methodology in defending against unknown cyber-attacks.

This is a hybrid role, and we expect you to work a minimum of 2 days a week in our Cambridge office. You will have the opportunity to work cooperatively within a team and take independent decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Comfortable working autonomously and taking independent decisions
  • Able to show knowledge or interest in cyber-security/malware forensics
  • Experienced with statistical analysis of static or dynamic systems
  • Familiar with Docker
  • Knowledgeable about cloud computing environments

Estimated Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum
