Job Title: Cloud Security Support Professional

HP Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Security Support Professional to join our team in Cambridge. As a Senior Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers who use our virtualization-based security solutions and cloud services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers via ticket systems and remote conference calls
  • Schedule and deploy configuration changes/endpoint updates to customer cloud environments
Requirements:
  • Direct work experience in a similar environment (ideally supporting external clients)
  • Prior experience troubleshooting and maintaining Windows Operating environments
  • Knowledge of enterprise endpoint deployment tools and solid understanding of networks and networking protocols
Salary:

£58,000 - £68,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
