Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to manage our Purchase Ledger and provide support to the finance team. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a growing manufacturing business. This is a temporary contract for 6 months, with a strong possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Purchase Ledger, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions.
  • Assist other team members with their duties as required, providing support and contributing to the smooth operation of the finance department.
  • Utilize accounting software to maintain accurate financial records and perform tasks efficiently.
  • Process multi-currency invoices and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Experience with transactional accounts and Purchase Ledger management.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
