About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Client Host to join our team in London. As a Client Host, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a warm and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet visitors and clients, ensuring a seamless experience
  • Assist with internal and external bookings, maintaining accurate meeting room schedules
  • Ensure all facilities, services, and public areas meet JLL standards
  • Communicate client needs to relevant parties, providing timely and accurate information
  • Be aware of room status and support internal rooms, ensuring readiness for the next booking
  • Comply with JLL Front of House Services Standard Operating Procedures
  • Provide information on available facilities, arranging viewings and accompanying clients on tours as needed
  • Support the Client Services Supervisor and other teams as required
  • Maintain a strong awareness of business activity, communicating updates with regional team members

Requirements

  • Good educational background and strong command of written and spoken English
  • Experience working in a corporate or hotel reception environment
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a professional and confident telephone manner
  • Strong initiative and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Immaculate presentation and a strong team player with excellent communication skills
  • Flexible approach to departmental requirements and a good sense of humor
