Duties & Responsibilities



  2. Provide a seamless welcome experience for visitors, including refreshments, Wi-Fi, and cloakroom services.
  3. Maintain visitor comfort by keeping them informed of delays and progress.
  4. Address phone calls, emails, and enquiries promptly, using a warm and courteous tone.
  5. Serve as the primary contact for AV queries, troubleshooting, and escalating issues to the Technical Coordinator.
  6. Ensure daily checks of AV equipment, including screens and connections.
  7. Supervise front-desk operations, manage staffing levels, and develop procedures.
  8. Motivate the front of house team to meet user needs and develop their skills.
  9. Support internal and external meetings, complete related tasks, and conduct regular one-to-ones with direct reports.
  10. Maintain knowledge of BMS systems and security policies to provide resilience within the team.
  11. Update Standard Operating Procedures regularly.
