Role Purpose

The Workplace Experience Ambassador team is responsible for delivering exceptional internal and external visitor experiences. As a Senior Corporate Host, you'll own the internal and external visitor experience, ensuring all interactions leave customers with a positive, memorable experience.

  1. Take ownership of the internal and external visitor experience, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service.
  2. Deliver core front-of-house services such as sign-in, badging, luggage, lost and found, and deliveries.
  3. Receive, direct, and relay telephone, email, and other queries via front-of-house.
  4. Greet, assist, and direct candidates, new hires, visitors, and the general public appropriately.
  5. Continual awareness of onsite events to personalize and optimize the visitor experience.
  6. Proactively contribute to maintaining the highest standards of presentation and functionality across identified front-of-house and meeting areas.
  7. Undertake physical setup of meeting and event spaces according to team guidelines and EHS considerations.
  8. Monitor meeting room environments, including furniture, signage, equipment, temperature, fabric, and consumables.
  9. Create and efficiently maintain up-to-date Outlook, conference room finder, and SharePoint room booking systems for identified meeting and event spaces.
  10. Show high awareness of local area services such as shops, restaurants, hotels, and transport to support customers.
  11. Daily liaison with one-team partners, including security and janitorial teams, on coordinating meetings and events.
  12. Provide timely, accurate, and personalized responses to meetings and events enquiries.
  13. Work flexibly in different settings as part of the team.
  14. Coordinate daily updating of room booking displays according to local/regional processes.
  15. Participate in supporting onsite space audits and walk-the-store processes.

An estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
