The Role:

As a Senior Client Host at Hannover Services, you will be the first point of contact for all office inquiries and the first line of support for visitors. Your exceptional customer service skills will ensure a warm and welcoming experience for all staff and stakeholders.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide a prompt and courteous welcome to all visitors, offering office services such as cloakroom, refreshments, and Wi-Fi.
  • Ensure the Client Host team keeps visitors informed of any delays and progress to maintain client comfort.
  • Address all incoming telephone calls, emails, and enquiries promptly, using a warm and courteous tone.
  • Be the primary contact for all AV queries, troubleshooting, and escalating to the Technical Coordinator when required.
  • Ensure all AV equipment is checked daily, including relevant screens and connections.
  • Manage front-desk operations, including staffing levels, procedures, and day-to-day supervision.
  • Develop and motivate the front of house team to meet the current and future needs of users within the workplace.
  • Ensure appropriate support is offered for internal and external meetings, with the front of house team completing all related tasks.
  • Responsible for completing regular one-to-ones with direct reports, mid and end of year reviews, and supporting with any development required.
  • Maintain a good knowledge of the BMS system and security policies to provide enough resilience within the team.
  • Ensure all SOPs are maintained and updated on a regular basis.

About You:

Experience:

  • 3 years' experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Previous experience working in a corporate/hotel environment is essential.
  • Working knowledge of reservation systems and MS Office applications.
  • Working knowledge of Health & Safety.
  • Experience with Audio Visual services is desirable.
