About the Role

As a Host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service at high volume in our venues, whether it's a live concert, club night, or private party. You will be the face of our brand, ensuring that every guest has an amazing experience. Your duties will include:

  • Selling tickets to patrons and providing excellent customer service.
  • Familiarizing yourself with different ticket types and accurately scanning tickets.
  • Handling guest lists on show days, checking in guests, and providing any necessary assistance.
  • Working at speed while maintaining a clean and efficient high-volume operation.
  • Communicating with supervisors and managers any issues that may arise with equipment or customers.
  • Working as a team to achieve targets while contributing to a supportive and fun working environment.

About You

We are looking for someone with experience in a FOH or Box Office environment, preferably in a high-volume setting. You should have an understanding of POS systems and a passion for music and nightlife. If you have a love for entertainment, creativity, and people from all walks of life, you will fit right in.
