Vehicle Recovery Team Manager

This is a permanent position with a base salary of £40,000 - £42,000, starting in March 2025. You will be responsible for managing a team of Roadside Technicians and ensuring that customers' cars are repaired efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Roadside Technicians, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
- Develop effective coaching relationships to support the growth of the patrol force and capability throughout the team.
- Collaborate with the Patrol Dispatch Manager to optimise the customer claims journey.
- Evaluate patrol performance and ensure appropriate performance and sustainability metrics are met for your team.
Requirements
- A suitable experience and qualifications from within the vehicle repair industry, level 3 or equivalent.
- Awareness and adherence to all Risk, Governance, and HR policies and processes.
