We are seeking a highly experienced Debt Recovery Manager to join our team at Funding Circle. As a key member of our Collections and Recoveries team, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the successful achievement of individual, departmental, and business targets.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial/financial litigation, with experience in operational leadership and management. You will be responsible for leading a team of Litigation Paralegals, managing a caseload, negotiating with regard to Insolvency and Litigation matters, and ensuring cost spends are managed and recovery of costs achieved.
In addition to your technical legal skills, you will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to make and follow through on difficult decisions. If you have experience in insolvency, it would be desirable but not essential.
