Customer Success Manager

Join Distinct Recruitment in this exciting opportunity to drive customer success for a leading international SaaS company. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, ensuring they maximise the value of the platform, and identifying opportunities to upsell and renew contacts through proactive engagement.

About the Role
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to manage renewals, negotiate contracts, and build strong customer relationships
  • Develop tailored account plans for key clients, identifying revenue opportunities, cross-selling, and upselling
  • Conduct webinars to promote features and showcase additional features
  • Use ChurnZero and Salesforce to analyse account performance, identifying opportunities to grow and retain business
About You
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager in a SaaS setting
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working in a tech environment

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary of £35,000-£40,000 DOE
  • Flexible working hours with 3 days of remote work
