About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Facilitator to join our team at St Andrew's First Aid. As a Learning Facilitator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessment programmes to individuals and organisations across Glasgow.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and delivering engaging and effective training sessions
  • Evaluating learner progress and providing constructive feedback
  • Maintaining accurate records of learner progress and achievement

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of adult learning principles and a proven track record of delivering successful training outcomes. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with learners from diverse backgrounds.

Salary Information

The salary for this role is £28,858 per annum, plus benefits. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including company pension, life insurance, and on-site parking.
