Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Support Facilitator to join our team in Glasgow. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients in achieving their goals and aspirations. Key Responsibilities:

  • To support our clients in developing and maintaining relationships with friends, family, and community groups.
  • To work closely with our clients' families and other stakeholders to ensure that they receive the best possible support.
  • To maintain accurate records of client progress and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • A strong understanding of the needs of people with learning disabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary and Benefits:

£28,961 per annum + additional on call payment.
