We are looking for a highly motivated Learning and Development Specialist to join our team at Remit Group. As an Assessment and Training Professional, your primary responsibility will be to deliver and facilitate assessment and training to promote accelerated learning and skill acquisition.

Job Description

You will evaluate and modify training delivery to ensure it meets the needs of our learners. This will involve completing in-company reviews to maintain high-quality training standards. You will also manage learner evidence to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will work as part of the assessing team, researching the automotive motor industry, and developing industry contacts. Relevant occupational sector experience and competent Microsoft Office application skills are essential for this role.

A key requirement for this position is the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and to present information to various audiences. The ideal candidate will also possess strong time management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

The estimated salary for this position is around £38,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.
