We are seeking a talented Channel Development Manager to join our team in the UK and Ireland. As a key member of our International Channel Development Team, you will be responsible for developing and managing our dealer channel in this region.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to grow our dealer channel in the UK and Ireland
  • Managing and building relationships with existing dealers, including regular reviews and follow-up activities
  • Analysing market data to identify new opportunities and growth areas
  • Developing and implementing plans to improve dealer performance and satisfaction
  • Working closely with Regional Directors, Sales Teams, Marketing, Product Management, Finance, and IT teams

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a Commercial/Channel/Dealer Development type role
  • Experience in managing indirect distribution/dealer relationships
  • Strong relationship builder with ability to build rapport with different stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and process development skills
  • Ability to innovate and look for ways to improve internal and external client satisfaction
