Equipment Maintenance Manager

The Equipment Maintenance Manager is responsible for the efficient running of our nationwide Plant and Tool division. This includes maximising the availability of plant for hire, allocating/monitoring the workload of depot fitters, and ensuring that all equipment is maintained and kept in working order at all times.
Key Responsibilities- Support and develop a team to maximise performance
- Ensure the health and safety of all employees within the depot workshop
Candidates applying for this role should have:
- Proven experience working as a senior plant mechanic or fitter with a relevant mechanical qualification or time served
- Sound and current knowledge of heavy plant machinery maintenance
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to work effectively under pressure
- Ability to develop and manage teams within a fast-paced workshop environment
We offer a competitive salary and bonus scheme, up to 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, contributory pension scheme, life assurance, employee welfare fund, cycle to work scheme, health and wellness initiatives, and overtime at an enhanced rate.
