Deputy Head of Nursery Job Opportunity

Bede's Trust is seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to fill the role of Deputy Head of Nursery at our Prep School in Eastbourne. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital part in ensuring the highest quality of care and education for our students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the Nursery in the absence of the Head of Nursery
  • Collaborate with other members of the Nursery and Pre-Prep team to achieve outstanding practice
  • Act as Deputy Designated Safeguarding lead for the Nursery
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role or related field
  • Clear understanding of the EYFS framework
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
