Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery in the absence of the Head of Nursery

- Act as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead for the nursery, ensuring the safety and well-being of all children
- Develop and implement efficient structures, systems, and recording practices to maintain outstanding quality of care
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a clear understanding of the EYFS framework
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, parents, and children
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude
- Competitive salary range of £31,000 - £34,000 per annum, depending on experience
