Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery in the absence of the Head of Nursery
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the nursery and pre-prep team to ensure seamless delivery of our educational programs
  • Act as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead for the nursery, ensuring the safety and well-being of all children
  • Develop and implement efficient structures, systems, and recording practices to maintain outstanding quality of care
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a clear understanding of the EYFS framework
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, parents, and children
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude
