Deputy Head of Nursery Job Opportunity

Bede's Senior School is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Deputy Head of Nursery. As a key member of our nursery team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care and education for our young pupils.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery in the absence of the Head of Nursery
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the nursery and pre-prep team
  • Act as Deputy Designated Safeguarding lead for the nursery
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of outstanding practice in the nursery
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role or a related field
  • Clear understanding of the EYFS framework
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
