As a Deputy Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the well-being of our residents. We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in overseeing the operations of a care home. The ideal candidate will have experience in dementia care, with strong leadership skills to manage and supervise staff effectively.
Championing Resident CareOversee the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care, including medication administration and adherence to care plans.
Excellence in OperationsCollaborate with the Manager to maintain regulatory compliance and manage the day-to-day operations of the care home facility. Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans for residents. Supervise and train care staff on best practices.
Commitment to QualityMaintain accurate records and foster continuous improvement by regularly evaluating care and implementing changes. Proven experience in healthcare - Dementia care or Senior care. Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices. NVQ Level 3 or above in Leadership and Management in Adult Care. Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
