Deputy Head of Nursery Job Opportunity

Bede's Pre-Prep and Nursery is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to fill the role of Deputy Head of Nursery. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital part in ensuring the highest quality of care and education for our young students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the Nursery in the absence of the Head of Nursery
  • Collaborate with the Nursery and Pre-Prep teams to achieve outstanding care and education
  • Act as Deputy Designated Safeguarding lead for the Nursery
  • Develop and implement efficient structures, systems, and recording practices to ensure outstanding care
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role or relevant field
  • Clear understanding of the EYFS framework
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
