Executive Assistant to C-Suite Leaders

A high-caliber opportunity exists for an organized, efficient, and experienced Executive Assistant to provide strategic support to the Exec team of a rapidly expanding and established tech company.
The successful candidate will be confident in their ability to forward plan, ensuring they are well-prepared through thorough partnership and prioritization. They will possess first-class communication skills and be able to contribute innovative ideas.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating extensive calendars and diaries for the Exec team and governance calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments with internal and external stakeholders.
- Managing email inboxes and sending responses.
- Arranging travel, logistics, and accommodation as required.
- Attending meetings, recording minutes and actions, and ensuring follow-up actions are understood and communicated.
- Improving meeting effectiveness and embedding good practice throughout the business.
- Building out the calendar and cadence for the rhythm of the business meetings, ensuring schedules are set and calendarized for the upcoming business year.
- Preparing briefing notes, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Providing support for internal communication activities, including weekly update emails and monthly all-hands.
- Being accountable for organizing and coordinating events from small teams to full business-scale events.
- Contributing to wider business projects or broader areas of interest and development.
- Maintaining and monitoring budgets and expenses.

- Confidence working in a fast-paced technology-driven business.
- Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and diary management skills with proven capability using Google-suite tools and Slack.
- High levels of flexibility and adaptability.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize an ever-changing workload.
- Strong business and commercial acumen.
- Ability to communicate with and present to senior management and executives.
- Ability to build relationships at all levels across the business and with external contacts.
