Job Overview

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Acute Medicine and experience working with older adults. You will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients in our community hospitals and residential care facilities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assess and diagnose patients in our community hospitals and residential care facilities

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences
Requirements
  • Eligibility to practice medicine in the UK
  • Experience working with older adults in an acute or community setting
