Business Development Representative

Be part of a highly regarded Contract Services provider in their Birmingham office, growing the high-performing Telesales division.
This role combines 80% new business and 20% account management, requiring a target-driven and highly motivated individual.
The company offers extensive training from the Head of Sales and nationwide BDM's to ensure success. Real career advancement opportunities are available for high performers with roles like BDM, Account Management, and Contract Manager.
Daily targets include setting appointments for field sales teams, direct selling, and up-selling to current clients.
A successful candidate must be highly motivated, tenacious, and driven to hit targets and make money in a B2B or B2C telesales environment.
In this role, you will make high-volume outbound new business calls and have an element of up-selling to existing clients.
The working hours are Monday to Friday, 0830-1700, with a starting salary of £25k and an easily attainable extra £15k in uncapped commission.
The role is a permanent position with an excellent opportunity for growth and development.
