Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Business Development Representative to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and brand engagement through effective market planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute targeted marketing plans to drive sales growth and brand awareness in the On Trade sector.
- Build strong relationships with acquired customers to ensure return on sales targets are met, contracts are delivered, and renewals are made.
- Act as a brand ambassador, effectively communicating the brand image and values to potential customers and partners.
- Provide training and support to key stakeholders to increase brand knowledge across our customer base.
- Plan and launch innovation initiatives in line with the country plan in target outlets.
- Organize and participate in events, tastings, and promotions to increase brand visibility and engage with customers in the On Trade space.
- Manage territory performance and optimize customer interaction to maximize sales levels.
- Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in the On Trade sector.
- Able to motivate yourself to achieve targets and influence people.
- Familiarity with brand activation and marketing materials.
- Estimated Salary: £32,770 per annum.
- Earning Potential: up to 13% OTE bonus.
- Car Allowance: Paid.
