Education Coordinator

Salary and Benefits

£46,670 per annum (pro rata if part time), plus a comprehensive benefits package including up to 29 days annual leave entitlement, membership of the Local Government Pension Scheme, and performance-related pay progression.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Educational Coordinator to lead our Education Access Team in Suffolk, focusing on improving educational inclusion and reducing barriers to learning for children and young people at risk or experiencing reduced access to education.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Foster collaborative relationships with education providers to enhance the quality of provision and meet the needs of individual children and young people.
  2. Develop and implement effective strategies to promote educational inclusion and reduce disparities in education outcomes.
  3. Lead the Education Access Team to prioritize the needs of children and young people, working in a solution-oriented manner to achieve positive outcomes.
  4. Ensure high-quality advice and guidance are delivered efficiently and effectively, addressing the specific needs of children and young people.
  5. Represent the organization in relevant forums and contribute to service-wide developments.
