About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Marshall Group. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Quality Planning: Develop and implement project quality plans to ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements.
  • Audit and Compliance: Conduct audits to verify compliance with project plans and processes, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Quality Management: Manage audit non-conformances, generate and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs), and investigate quality failures.
  • Supplier Management: Manage third-party approvals, conduct supplier audits, and facilitate closure of non-conformances.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Host customer acceptance events, raise non-conformances, and monitor their closure.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in project/product auditing, process implementation, and continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of MRP/ERP systems, Microsoft tools, and coating applications.
  • Qualifications: Auditor qualified to ISO9001, member of the Chartered Quality Institute, and IRCA registered.
Desirable Skills
  • Q-Pulse Knowledge: Familiarity with Q-Pulse software.
