Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting an individual with mental health needs in their daily life.

About the Role

You will be responsible for providing full support with daily living tasks, promoting independence, and encouraging social interaction. The individual we support enjoys traveling, visiting shops and cafes, and has a close loving relationship with their family.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide full support with daily living tasks, including personal care and medication management
  • Encourage independence and promote social interaction
  • Support the individual to engage in activities they enjoy, such as traveling and visiting shops and cafes
  • Develop and maintain a positive relationship with the individual and their family
