Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team and support three ladies in their 60s who require full assistance with mobilization and personal care needs. The ideal candidate will be empathetic, patient, and able to communicate effectively with individuals who have non-verbal communication needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide full assistance with mobilization and personal care needs
  • Support individuals with non-verbal communication needs
  • Participate in activities and outings with the individuals, such as going out in the community, meals, cinema, and shopping
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure high-quality care and support
Requirements
  • Ability to work nights
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including day shifts and waking nights
  • Additional specialized training in Peg and Epilepsy
  • Ability to drive and use a van for outings
