About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Tate Lodge in Norris Green, Liverpool.

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life of the people we support, helping them to gain more independence in their daily lives.

You will work within a dynamic team to provide person-centered care, teaching new life skills, assisting with personal care, and encouraging individuals to access their local communities and engage in social activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with varying needs and abilities
  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Encourage individuals to participate in activities, such as hobbies, sports, and social events
  • Support individuals to access their local communities, including shops, restaurants, and leisure facilities
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working in a care or support setting
