About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Tate Lodge in Norris Green, Liverpool. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life of the people we support, helping them to gain more independence in their daily lives.

As a Support Worker with Voyage Care, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides person-centred care and support to individuals with complex needs. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement tailored support plans, promoting the independence and well-being of our service users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with personal care and daily living tasks, promoting the independence and dignity of our service users.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual support plans, ensuring that the needs and preferences of our service users are met.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring that you are equipped to provide high-quality support.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure that our service users receive comprehensive and coordinated care and support.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
