Senior Care Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Oak Springs Care Home in Wavertree. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support residents with personal care and hygiene, eating, and daily activities
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Support residents to live an enriched and fulfilled life, focused on their individual hobbies, preferences, and abilities
  • Maintain high standards within the care home environment
  • Senior-level duties to support the Home Manager, including staff supervision, appraisals, record-keeping, medication administration, care planning, audits, and liaison with outside professionals
