About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Servoca Nursing & Care. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support to service users, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals.
  • Participate in individual support planning and contribute to the development of personalized care plans.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 12 months experience in adult or children's support settings.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to build rapport and establish strong therapeutic relationships.
  • Experience of individual support planning.
  • A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
