Forklift Training Specialist

About the Role
Staffline is recruiting experienced Forklift Instructors to join our client - an industry-leading automotive manufacturer in Solihull. As a full-time, temp-to-perm role, this position offers rotating days, afternoons, and nights, Monday through Friday. The working hours are divided into two shifts: 5:45am-1pm and 1:15pm-9pm, as well as an overnight shift from 8:45pm to 6:15am. This opportunity allows you to earn up to £39,000 per year, with overtime available at a rate of £26.19 to £30.56.
Your Responsibilities
- Conduct Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) training according to current legislation and licensing requirements.
- Update skills matrices.
- Maintain accurate records of all training sessions.
- Organize refresher and corrective MHE training as needed.
Requirements
- Prior experience in an MHE training capacity.
- A valid UK driving license.
- A Train the Trainer certificate.
- Relevant qualifications, such as RTITB or ITTSAR.
