Truck Training Specialist

We are seeking a qualified Disability Trainer to manage our forklift/truck training operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for trucks, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with company policies.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing training programs, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and possess excellent communication skills. They should also have a strong attention to detail and be able to handle large datasets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective training strategies.
• Collaborate with contractors and internal teams to ensure smooth training operations.
• Conduct regular inspections and monitoring of forklift/truck areas.
• Analyze training data and provide recommendations for improvement.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
