We are seeking a highly skilled Carpenter to join our Teak Deck team in Poole, Dorset. As a Teak Deck Carpenter, you will work on a variety of boat lines, completing bespoke carpentry work packages with precision and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will have a strong practical understanding of materials and adhesives, including glues, stainless steel, and glass. You will be comfortable working with exact tolerances and scribing materials into irregular shapes in awkward positions.

Sunseeker is proud to be the first boatbuilder in the world to utilize sustainable and ethical teak from Ghana's Mere Plantation. As a Teak Carpenter, you will be part of a team that is committed to creating high-quality, sustainable boats that meet the highest standards of excellence.

Our pay rates are competitive, with basic hourly rates from £14.00 to £16.05, depending on experience. Overtime rates are also available, with up to £24.07 (x1.5 rate) and £32.10 (x2 rate, Sundays/Bank Holidays).
