Middle Office Account Onboarding Manager

Job Summary
The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Middle Office Account Onboarding team as a Vice President. This role will be responsible for leading complex conversion activities related to middle office, custody, and fund accounting processing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale conversion activities for institutional clients, ensuring accurate data conversion and timely project delivery.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve testing and conversion issues, and provide guidance to junior team members.
- Develop and implement project management plans, including reporting, planning, issue/risk tracking, and scheduling.
- Identify areas for process improvement and make recommendations to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Act as a subject matter expert to support product development and define service offerings.
- Interact with clients to answer questions and resolve inquiries related to implementation phases.
- Develop and maintain internal and external metrics for middle office testing and conversion phases.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance or equivalent combination of education and asset servicing experience.
- Experience in asset servicing, middle office, derivatives, corporate actions, and accounting is essential for this role.
