This role will be responsible for leading complex conversion activities related to middle office, custody, and fund accounting processing activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead large-scale conversion activities for institutional clients, ensuring accurate data conversion and timely project delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve testing and conversion issues, and provide guidance to junior team members.
  • Develop and implement project management plans, including reporting, planning, issue/risk tracking, and scheduling.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and make recommendations to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Act as a subject matter expert to support product development and define service offerings.
  • Interact with clients to answer questions and resolve inquiries related to implementation phases.
  • Develop and maintain internal and external metrics for middle office testing and conversion phases.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or equivalent combination of education and asset servicing experience.
  • Experience in asset servicing, middle office, derivatives, corporate actions, and accounting is essential for this role.
