Vice President, Middle Office Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President to join our Middle Office Account Onboarding team in Manchester, UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading complex conversion activities, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving project quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Lead JSIT, JUAT, and UAT testing for Middle Office Operations, handling client engagement for each phase.
- Ensure overall success of client testing and conversions, monitoring project quality and efficiency, and direct client experience.
- Lead large complex conversion activities, requiring in-depth understanding of middle office, custody, and fund accounting processing activities.
- Complete accurate conversion of data on Middle Office systems, providing daily, weekly, or monthly valuation clients.
- Review control reports to mitigate risks and resolve problems during the conversion process.
- Lead project management activities, including reporting, planning, issue/risk tracking, scheduling, effort estimation, and day-to-day tracking.
- Identify significant gaps or quality issues in transition processes and make recommendations for improvement.
- Act as SME to support Product in defining service offering.
- Exercise own judgement and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve testing and conversion issues.
- Regularly interact with clients to answer questions and resolve multifaceted inquiries for implementation phases.
- Create internal and external metrics for Middle Office JSIT, JUAT, and UAT phases.
- Bachelor's degree in finance or equivalent combination of education and asset servicing experience.
- Experience in asset servicing, middle office, derivatives, corporate actions, and accounting essential for this role.
