Client Success Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Success Administrator to join our dynamic Account Management team at the Agena Group.
This exciting role will involve providing top-notch administrative support and exceptional customer service to our valued clients and internal departments.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer-facing role and a proven track record of excelling in office administration tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all administrative tasks related to site setup and compliance
- Take a proactive approach to ensure smooth operations and service delivery
- Gather and share client feedback, ensuring it reaches the right internal teams for action
- Ensure all sites adhere to our strict code of conduct—ethics is at the heart of everything we do
- Build and nurture strong client relationships via email and phone communication
- Collaborate with internal teams, including tech, service delivery, and customer service, to meet client expectations and deadlines
- Identify growth opportunities that align with our sustainability and social value goals
- Uphold best practices and consistently maintain high standards
- Monitor service-level agreements (SLAs) and promptly address any issues
