Transfer Nurse Clinician

We are seeking a skilled Transfer Nurse Clinician to join our team at University Hospitals Bristol NHS Foundation Trust.
This exciting role will involve working as part of a dynamic team, delivering high-quality transfer care to critically unwell patients across the South West.
As a Transfer Nurse Clinician, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and ensuring seamless transitions between healthcare settings.
The successful candidate will have recent operational experience in adult intensive care, with a strong understanding of critical care transfers and current issues in this field.
You will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a demanding environment.
Salary: £37,338 - £44,962 per annum pro rata (dependent on experience).
